At this time, only private pay is accepted; however, our fees may be comparable to most insurance plans co-payments for specialty services. Please call for more information. Payments are due at time of service.
What is the cost of a speech therapy session?
Fees range dependent upon what type of services are provided. Please call or email to inquire about services and to discuss fees.
How long do sessions last?
Frequency and length of sessions are based on each individual’s needs and goals. Typical sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length; however, can be altered based on your needs.
Where do therapy sessions take place?
For your convenience, I travel to your home.
What can I expect on the first day of service?
Typically, a screening and/or evaluation is completed to best determine how we can assist you. We will discuss treatment plans and determine goals as well as set up frequency and time of therapy sessions.
Can a family member, friend, or caretaker be present during the session?
As long as you are o’k with it, we absolutely think it’s a great idea so you can work together to achieve your goals. Part of our sessions include education not only for you, but your loved ones and/or caretakers to ensure you are finding the best way to meet your goals.
What is your therapy style like?
Making a connection and finding out what motivates someone is essential. It is so important to treat each person as an individual, and to incorporate their specific goals and interests into each session. We love finding creative ways to do so, and feel that being able to think outside of the box is key. Speech therapy tasks can seem difficult and tedious at times, especially in the beginning, and being able to make someone smile or laugh during a session is an added bonus!
